The Software "Universal accounting" and the documentation are the property of SE Adrian Kaempfen and are therefore protected by copyright.

The software product must be in the possession of the buyer.

The place of jurisdiction is Grenchen (Solothurn / Switzerland). Should be different Terms and conditions indicate different places of jurisdiction, so is hereby Grenchen agreed as the place of jurisdiction. It is expressly agreed that the Swiss Code of Obligations will apply
